So much to do So little time

Wedding is in 4 months. Havent gotten invitations. Havent got a reception place. Havent gotten bridesmaids dresses.
Hell, Im lucky I got my dress.
Im such a procrastinator. But its kinda like, oh well, it'll get done eventually. Im not one of those girly my wedding has to be perfect brides. Im not even that excited. Maybe cuz we've been together almost five and a half years. Its just something we are going to do.

Stewie runs around the house like a crazy man now. I never thought he would walk but now that he does... well you know.

Still goes to sleep the same way, I have to sit next to the crib and hold his hand. Someday he will sleep on his own. You know those child developement people keep telling me to let him cry it out. They keep saying it will teach him to be independent. Screw that, he will be more independent if he knows people will be there for him. Theres studies everywhere that say if you let your kids cry it out, or dont come when they really need you, they will grow up to be clingy because they are afraid you wont be there for them. I keep telling these people that I am going to just keep things the way they are and they keep pushing me.

I dont think I want to see them anymore. I mean Stewie has caught up to most kids his age now anyway.

Well the inlaws are coming over for dinner. Fun fun.....

  • Have Stewie walk over here and give Squeaks some lessons. She still isn't walking. It's starting to worry me.

  • Hey Chica!
YAY! Now he can chase my little chippee bird!
btw, You've been tagged! I am tagging you for 6 weird things because I want to learn more about you. RULES: People who get tagged need to write a blog post of 6 weird things about them as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose 6 people to be tagged and list their names. Don't forget to leave a comment that says "you are tagged" in their comments and tell them to read your blog.

  • Well, actually, studies say that if you DO let your kid cry it out, they will grow up to be independent because they learn that mommy won't always be there to fix everything. Those "child development people" study children for a living, I think they would know more, no matter how well you know your child. Just out of curiosity, what studies are you reading?
