Stewie

Today was weird. Stewie wouldnt go back to sleep at 5am when I took him to bed with us. So we got up and did the normal routine. Went down for our nap at 7 insead of 9. Well since he got up so early, he slept for 3 HOURS. Oh yes. It was a much less cranky day after that. But his afternoon nap still only lasted an hour. So after that we were crank-a-butt once again. At least I knew I didnt get him switched at the supermarket.
Ya know, this kid is amazing me everyday. He can totally sit up on his own without falling over, for almost 2 minutes. But when he does fall, he tends to try and hit the nose head on..... (trying to stunt the inevidable growth of the family schnoz already)
Still hates being on the tummy. When he rolls on it by mistake he kinda laughs and looks all around. But then hes back to my son. Screaming and smushing his face into the floor. He acts like he wants to get up and run aaway when someone is holding him. But when hes got the chance to try and crawl or scoot, hed rather just throw a complete tantrum.
Im baffled everyday by how strange he is in certain aspects of his life.

But then I cant stop kissing his neck while I hold him and saying "i love you" 18 million times a friggen day. UUUUUUUUUgh how do you deal with the love you have inside sometimes!!!

That reminds me. Stewie likes to tip the sippy upside down on his tray while Im washing dishes. Which is just wonderful. Well today he got the tray completely full of water. So instead of freaking out, I started splashing in it. And he just had a huge laugh, and then joined me. Hey at least part of the floor got a good washing huh?
